How COVID-19 affects your ICBC services(updated December 17th)
As the COVID-19 pandemic develops, we continue to review and adjust the steps we’re taking to support the health and safety of our employees, customers and partners.
Masks are mandatory when visiting an ICBC location. We may refuse entry or service for not wearing a mask.
Please do not attend an office if you:
have traveled outside of Canada within the last 14 days
have been in close contact with anyone who has been diagnosed with COVID-19 (Coronavirus) within the last 14 days
have symptoms of COVID-19 such as respiratory illness or difficulty breathing, a fever greater than 38.0ᴼC (100.4ᴼ F) or a cough
have been asked to self-isolate for 14 days
